K-Superline® Polyurethane Chute Lining System is a unique proprietary Kryptane urethane wear liner, purposely engineered to meet the particular demands of specific materials. Simple to install, it can solve the issue of sliding abrasion, impact damage, sticking material, excessive corrosion and even loud noise from constant material impact.

Compared with traditional steel, it is 85% lighter. This provides a huge advantage when it comes to installation and maintenance – Maintenance is relatively minor however; with longer lasting anti-wear protection and greater tear resistance. KSuperline® can significantly dampen noise, which is an important to reduce noise pollution and reduce risk of Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL). It produces 80% less noise than steel.

K-Superline® is a stronger and more elastic version than all other outwardly similar polyurethane products. It is based on a patented chemical formula, with a modified molecular structure to alternative polyurethane materials.

Kinder Australia is now able to watercut K-Superline into custom shapes to suit any space required. By using a waterjet up to 60,000 psi, they can easily cut through Polyurethane to any specific shape or profile. Sharp corners, bevels, pierce holes, and shapes with minimal inner radii are all possible. These accurately placed holes will suit existing chute liners for easy repeatable installation.

A dual-coloured wear indicator is also possible, so that “hot spots” can be quickly identified and acted upon.

With watercutting options available, K-Superline® is the perfect choice for accurately lining for specific applications. By correctly matching the K-Superline® characteristics, the specific product type, the angle of impact and the existing wear liner issue, KSuperline® Polyurethane Lining will provide a genuine improvement as a replacement for polyethylene, rubber, UHMWPE and Steel wear liners.
